It is important to note, that the technical data for pressure are only valid for the hose assembly if we mount the couplings, otherwise only for the hose!

CONSTRUCTION

Textile reinforcement:

  • high tenacity polyester yarn, circular woven in twill weave
  • integral woven double jacket construction, high pressure design, lightweight and flexible

Lining:

  • high grade EPDM rubber in a special cold flexible formula
  • coextruded CR rubber adhesive layer, penetrates during steam vulcanisation completely into the weaving structure
  • excellent adhesion level between lining and jacket, very smooth for minimum friction loss
  • thick wall avoids trouble with coupling binding

External coating:

  • very abrasive resistant ribbed polyurethane in signal colour
  • maximum protection against mechanical damage
  • maintains good grip in the snow, dirt and water repellent

Couplings:

  • we recommend TÜV approved cam and groove couplings in stainless steel, maximum working pressure 60 Bar (850 PSI)
  • couplings are assembled with a swaged in crimping ring (see picture)

Other binding systems we do not recommend out of safety reasons!

SPECIAL OPTIONS

  • colour and continuous logo print according to customer specification

Note that special options are subject to a higher price and a minimum order of 1,000 m (3,300 ft) per dimension. Production short lengths and overproduction up to 10 % of the total order quantity have to be accepted. Enquire for details !
