* technical data based on water. For air pressure the minimum safety ratio is 1:4. Depending on the application our product can be operated with a maximum working pressure up to 50% of the bursting pressure. Consult factory for approval!

** article code for type TEXFLEX INDUSTRIAL AIR 18200 - It is important to note, that the technical data for pressure are only valid for hose and not for hose assembly with couplings!

CONSTRUCTION

Jacket:

  • high tenacity multifilament polyester yarn, circular woven
  • monofil spiral in weft keeps hose semi-rigid
  • special design for high pressure performance and minimum bending radius
    Remark: The jacket construction is similar for both options available (WATER and AIR).

Lining:

TEXFLEX INDUSTRIAL WATER

  • high grade EPDM rubber, cold flexible, suitable also for hot water, excellent resistance to sea water, a wide range of chemicals, UV and ozone
  • coextruded CR rubber adhesive layer, penetrates during vulcanisation completely into the weaving structure

TEXFLEX INDUSTRIAL AIR

  • high grade NBR rubber, excellent resistance to aromatics and chemicals
  • coextruded NBR rubber adhesive layer, penetrates during vulcanisation completely into the weaving structure
    Both styles of rubber lining guarantee a smooth inner tube with low friction loss and an excellent adhesion between lining and jacket.

Note that special options are subject to a higher price and a minimum order of 1,000 m (3,300 ft) per dimension. Production short lengths and overproduction up to 10 % of the total order quantity have to be accepted. Enquire for details !
