CONSTRUCTION
Textile reinforcement:
- high tenacity polyester yarn, circular woven
- special design for high tensile strength
- easy installation thanks to minimum friction
Cover:
- thermoplastic polyether polyurethane, extruded with a unique process to ensure extreme bondage with the textile reinforcement
- wall thickness of the cover about 1.0 mm (4/100”), therefore substantially better wear and tear properties compared to protection hoses with dipped coatings or in rubber
SPECIAL OPTIONS
- single lengths longer than 100 m (330 ft)
- continuous customer print
Note that special options are subject to a higher price and a minimum order of 2,000 m (6,600 ft) per dimension. Production short lengths and overor shortproduction up to 10 % of the total order quantity have to be accepted. Please enquire for details !
